From 2022-2024, digital signage platforms transitioned to one united system at all three properties where our team manages content. I led the content creation efforts and facilitated new possibilities for efficiencies within our company.

Step 1: Discovery
I assessed the digital signage needs across 11 brands and collaborated with the technical team to explore potential platform solutions. After approximately 18 months of testing various systems, Korbyt was chosen as our content management system.
Step 2: Planning
Catalog existing digital signage content and playlists across the company. Develop a timeline for training, building the new system structure, and coordinating the transition to the new platform with the technical team.
Step 3: Become the Expert
Following an in-depth training course with Korbyt representatives, I was responsible for building the foundational structure for our company's entire digital signage system. Throughout this process, I worked closely with the technical team to ensure seamless alignment between the platform's technical aspects and content management.
Step 4: Building the Content
With the system framework in place, it was time to bring our vision to life. I created, tested, and published all the necessary content, utilizing editable layouts, static images, video content, and customized scheduling triggers to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Step 5: Training Department Leaders
I developed and implemented a training plan for department leaders who would be using the platform to make real-time updates. My goal was to empower them with the skills and confidence to not only schedule their content but also troubleshoot issues in this complex system. The training was a success! These leaders are now confident in navigating the platform and excited to take ownership of their content.
